Covid

Following our current guidelines, the pandemic safety measures have now been withdrawn. Some ongoing Covid safety measures are still in place at the practice to protect our clients and staff. See below for more details.

  • We do not operate a ‘closed-door policy’ any more. However, if you have symptoms of a suspected or confirmed respiratory illness (e.g., cough, fever, change to sense of smell or taste, sore throat, runny nose), you must report this to the reception team immediately upon arrival. Following our current guidelines, these patients will be asked the ‘Respiratory Illness Screening Questions’ to decide if the appointment can proceed. The clinician has the right to postpone the appointment, if this is essential to protect our team and other clients. Their decision is final and no abuse towards our team will be tolerated.

  • If you display signs or symptoms of a respiratory illness while in the practice, our clinicians will stop the procedure and go through the ‘Respiratory Illness Screening Questions’ to decide if your appointment can continue. The clinician has the right to postpone the appointment, if this is essential to protect our team and other clients. Their decision is final and no abuse towards our team will be tolerated.

  • Masks are not mandatory to attend the practice. However, you can continue wearing a mask in the non-clinical areas if you prefer. We recommend clinically vulnerable people to wear masks when attending the practice and are happy to provide one if needed.

  • Hand sanitisers are available at several places throughout the practice for your use.

  • Air purification systems are located in all surgeries, with HEPA filter and UVC light, to purify the air in the surgeries several times an hour.
